After being diagnosed with Anti-NMDA Auto-Immune Encephalitis, I had to relearn even the most basic aspects of living—walking, talking, eating—and find strength in places I didn’t know existed. Music has always been an anchor, a way to process the mental and physical obstacles I faced and eventually conquered. This collection of songs blends that raw emotional experience with my passion for storytelling, using each track to capture both the pain and triumph of recovery. For me, these songs are more than melodies—they’re proof of resilience, healing, and the power of staying the course.

My personal narrative of resilience, marked by my journey from overachieving teen who couldn't handle the pressure so I turned to drug and alcohol abuse. After settling down and working towards getting my life together, I was faced with a debilitating illness but eventually established a successful businesses and found work-life harmony.
